Tickets for this dinner (€110) will be available during the registration process.

Conference fees are non-refundable. Please note that this policy applies to all registrations received before or after the registration deadline.

If an event prevent you from attending the conference in person, we offer the option to switch to online participation. Please contact us as soon as possible in that case.

Gala dinner ticket can be transfer to another onsite participant. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket.

If you are unable to participate the conference, please inform us as soon as possible, as we would need to make the necessary arrangements and inform your track chair.
