Registration

Two simple steps for NBM2026 registration :

Step 1: Create an account or login in our NBM ConfTool platform (also used for your submissions and for the program).

Step 2: Registrate and pay your conference fees.

Please note that attending NBM2026 without having a submission is possible.

On-site registration for Doctoral Students : Early bird: €230 / Regular fee: €260

On-site registration for General Participants : Early bird: €280 / Regular fee: €310

Online participant via Teams : Regular fee: €100

The early bird offer ends on April 10, 2026

Submissions guidelines

Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts, short papers and full papers until 15 January 2026 via Conftool Conference Management System. Accepted contributions must be revised and resubmitted until March 21st 2026. Contributions must be submitted to one of the proposed sessions. 

All accepted contributions will be included in the conference proceedings. The book of abstracts of the 11th New Business Models Conference - NBM 2026 will be published as a book in a digital format with ISBN, DOI, and handle. In addition, individual contributions will be identified with their DOI and handle. In all cases, permission from the authors will be required.

If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know by sending an email to nbm2026@univ-toulouse.fr at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Tickets for this dinner (€110) will be available during the registration process.

 

Conference Proceedings

Book of Abstracts

The NBM2026 Conference will feature two academic publications: Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings.

Accepted contributions must be revised and resubmitted by April 30th 2026. Contributions must be submitted to one of the proposed sessions. 

All accepted contributions will be included in the conference proceedings. The book of abstracts of the 11th New Business Models Conference - NBM 2026 be published by AIFREC. They will be available in an electronic version, open access (CC -BY).  In all cases, permission from the authors will be required.

Each contribution will have to be in the Templates for contributions, following the guidelines in terms of length, format, etc., and take into account suggestions for improvement provided by reviewers.

 

Cancellations and refunds

We would like to inform all participants that conference fees are non-refundable. Please note that this policy applies to all registrations received before or after the registration deadline.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the conference in person, we are pleased to offer the option to switch to online participation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require this option.

Additionally, if you have purchased a gala dinner ticket and are no longer able to attend the conference, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another onsite participant. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket.

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the conference as planned, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause. However, due to the nature of our planning and organization process, we are unable to issue refunds. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding in this matter, and we look forward to welcoming you to the conference.

If you are unable to attend the conference (after being registered), please inform us as soon as possible, as we would need to make the necessary arrangements and inform your track chair, as your contribution will not be presented during the session.
